Having secured the requisite registration approvals in January 2006 whilst then called Vercham Real Estate (Private) Limited, the company has continued in striving to offer our clients the best local and regional quality in immovable Property Management, Sales, Auctioneering and Valuation services, ably supported by easily accessible Allied Services, including but not limited to Project Management, Movable Assets (plant, machinery & motor vehicles) Valuation and Auctioneering and Estate Agency Consultancy.
Since incorporation, Verocy Real Estate has consistently secured the Annual Compensation Fund Certificates requisite for the proper safeguarding of clients’ funds and interests and the legal operation of an estate agency business in Zimbabwe. The acquisition of these annual compensation fund certificates gives our growing clientele confidence in entrusting their valuable business assets in our capable hands, fully knowing and rest assured that transparency and accountability are the cornerstone of our ability to secure the Auditors / Chartered Accountants’ approval after their professional and thorough inspection of our trust accounts’ maintenance systems.
The company has been expanding ever since registration and now currently runs two branches, the main one in Harare,at number 9 Sarum Avenue, Eastlea, Harare and the second one is located in Gweru at Suite 11 , 2nd Floor Apollo Court Main Street Gweru. We maintain our “Trust” and “Business” banking accounts for the Harare branch with Stanbic Bank of Zimbabwe Limited, at its Samora Avenue Branch and Harare.
